Retail showroom visits

Our private retail showroom welcomes selected customers by appointment. Contact us to confirm product availability and arrange a visit. Retail pricing and purchase terms are confirmed before purchase. The business verification, resale, and wholesale order provisions below apply to business transactions.

Wholesale relationships

Potential wholesale transactions remain subject to business verification, product and documentation review, mutually accepted commercial terms, distribution requirements, payment clearance, and inventory availability.

Business buyers and verification

Catalog programs, quotes, and wholesale transactions are intended for verified business buyers. BRANDS4TRADING LLC may request a resale certificate, business registration, contact information, intended sales channels, delivery information, and other reasonable qualification records before accepting an order.

Non-binding inquiries

A website inquiry or request for information is not an order or a binding commitment. Any transaction requires separate written confirmation of products, quantities, pricing, payment, freight, delivery timing, distribution requirements, returns, and other applicable commercial terms.

Quotes, purchase orders, and acceptance

A submitted purchase order, quote request, checkout attempt, or payment authorization does not by itself constitute acceptance. An order becomes binding only when BRANDS4TRADING LLC issues written acceptance or an invoice identifying the accepted products, quantities, pricing, payment, freight, delivery, and other commercial terms. We may reject or adjust an order before written acceptance if verification, authorization, availability, or payment requirements are not satisfied.

Authorized channels and brand protection

Neither catalog access, a quote, nor a sale grants authorization to represent a brand or sell through any channel. Products may be resold only through channels, territories, accounts, and product scopes approved in writing. Sales through unapproved external channels, transshipment, diversion, export, relabeling, or removal of product identifiers are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.

Pricing, taxes, payment, and credit

Pricing and availability may change until an order is accepted in writing. Buyers are responsible for valid resale documentation and all taxes, duties, fees, or assessments not properly exempted. Payment methods, deposits, credit terms, and any credit limits are governed by the accepted quote, invoice, credit approval, or other written agreement.

Freight, delivery, title, and risk

Freight method, shipping point, delivery timing, title, risk of loss, insurance, accessorial charges, and responsibility for delays are established in the accepted quote, invoice, or purchase-order confirmation. Any delivery date provided before acceptance is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Inspection, shortages, claims, and returns

Buyers must inspect shipments promptly and preserve cartons, packing records, freight documents, photographs, and other evidence relevant to any shortage, damage, or product claim. Claim timing, return eligibility, authorization requirements, remedies, and any restocking or freight responsibility are controlled by the accepted commercial documents. No return is authorized solely by submitting a website inquiry.

Brands and intellectual property

BRANDS4TRADING LLC does not claim affiliation with, authorization from, or endorsement by any third-party brand unless confirmed in a separate written agreement. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Product information

Product descriptions, images, identifiers, suggested prices, case packs, and availability are subject to verification. Brand names, product imagery, pricing, and availability are published only where BRANDS4TRADING LLC has documented permission for the applicable sales channel. Buyers may not reuse brand assets except as allowed by the applicable written program terms.

Website content

The BRANDS4TRADING LLC name, company logo, website design, and original written content may not be copied or used without prior written permission. Representative imagery is used to communicate the nature of wholesale and warehouse operations and should not be interpreted as a product offer.

External services

Links or email actions may rely on third-party software or service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of services outside our control.

Order of precedence

If these Website Terms conflict with an accepted quote, invoice, purchase-order confirmation, credit agreement, brand policy, or other signed commercial agreement, the more specific accepted written document controls for that transaction or program.

Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a separate accepted agreement specifies otherwise.
